Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and bkk3.
Introduction & Applicability
1 General Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "you") of the bkk3 platform ("Service"). By accessing our website, mobile version, or any connected service, or by registering an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our Service. bkk3 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
2 Definitions
- "Platform" — The combined bkk3 website and mobile service.
- "Account" — A user's registered personal profile.
- "Balance" — The amount of funds held in a user's account.
- "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits provided by bkk3.
- "Wagering" — The requirement to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- "Restricted Region" — A country or region from which access to our Service is prohibited.
Account Registration & Management
3 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account with bkk3, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- You are not a resident or citizen of any region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- You have not previously had a bkk3 account cancelled or banned.
- You will use the account on your own behalf and for personal purposes.
- All information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
4 One Account Rule
Each person may hold only one account. Opening or using more than one account by the same person or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If bkk3 finds evidence of multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses.
5 Identity Verification (KYC)
bkk3 follows an identity verification process to ensure a safe and transparent environment. You may be asked to submit proof of identity in the following situations:
- At the time of account registration or at any point thereafter.
- When requesting a withdrawal.
- If unusual transactions or suspicious activity are detected.
Accepted forms of identification include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Only the following payment methods are accepted at bkk3:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)
Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
7 Minimum Amounts & Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Maximum deposit or withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method and account verification status.
8 Withdrawal Terms
Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Account verification must be complete.
- The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be fulfilled.
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (if a different method is needed, please contact the bkk3 support team).
- If an investigation into fraud or a breach of rules is ongoing on the account, withdrawals will be placed on hold.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
9 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at bkk3 you will receive a 100% match bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000
10 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may be claimed once only.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless otherwise specified by bkk3).
- Bonuses are non-transferable between user accounts.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus may be automatically cancelled.
- bkk3 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If bkk3 determines that a user is abusing a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
VIP Programme Terms
11 VIP Tiers & Benefits
The bkk3 VIP programme has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Tier assignment and upgrades are based on a user's regular participation and activity. bkk3 reserves the right to change the VIP evaluation criteria and schedule.
Betting & Gaming Rules
12 Fair Play Policy
bkk3 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bot, automation tool, or other artificial advantage.
- Attempting to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Abusing bonuses through betting patterns ("arbitraging").
- Colluding with other players to determine outcomes.
13 Bet Cancellation & Technical Errors
bkk3 reserves the right to cancel or reassess bets in the following situations:
- A game is interrupted due to a technical fault or server issue.
- Incorrect odds or payouts are displayed.
- A fault is identified in the game provider's system.
In such situations, the original stake of the affected bet will be returned to the user's account.
14 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply in the sports betting section:
- Relevant bets must be confirmed before the event begins (except for live betting).
- bkk3 reserves the right to change odds at any time.
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- Maximum payout limits vary by sport and market.
Account Suspension & Closure
15 Actions by bkk3
In any of the following situations, bkk3 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse.
- Failure to pass age verification.
If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no ongoing investigation is in progress, that balance will be returned.
16 User's Right to Close an Account
Any user may request to close their account at any time. In this case:

- Any outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the account is closed.
- The remaining balance may be withdrawn after the applicable verification is complete.

- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
bkk3 will not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused in such situations. However, if a user's valid bet or balance is affected due to a technical issue, compensation will be considered after a proper investigation.
20 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkk3 will not be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from a user's decisions or betting strategies.
- Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
- Faults in third-party software or hardware.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

24 Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and bkk3. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
